What is the process for planning my trip?We start by sending you a questionnaire to learn about you, your needs, wants and your vision of your dream trip. We will then provide options to you with a free travel app called TERN. Our travelers love this app because it provides live updates while you travel, allows for credit card payments and keeps all details organized, right in your back pocket.
Do you charge a fee?Our service fees start at just $100 per trip, structured to provide you genuine value without any surprise charges. We work exclusively on your behalf—not for commissions—so there’s no nickel-and-diming, no hidden fees, and no pressure to buy. Do you provide or recommend travel protection?We do offer this service and strongly recommend it. If you have already booked a portion of your trip no problem. We can still make sure you have travel protection.
